We want you to be happy with any image you order from Ocean Images. If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied on receipt of your order please contact us within 7 days at info@oceanimagesgallery.com. We will do everything reasonable to see that your expectations are met.

Shipments

Please allow 14-21 business days for shipment of your order. All framed and mounted prints are shipped via Federal Express as we find them to have the fewest orders damaged in transit and are best in on-time delivery. All rates are for shipment to US destinations. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

International Shipments

Please contact us at info@oceanimagesgallery.com regarding shipping rates to international destinations.

Damaged shipments

In the unlikely event your shipment appears to be damaged, please notify the carrier at once and file a claim. Please notify us as well. Although damaged shipments are the responsibility of the shipper, we want to monitor our shipments and be sure that they are arriving in good order.
